Where to find us, and where to report things
Two different things live on this page: the places the den actually speaks from, and the place to take a problem. They are not the same place, and the second one surprises people.
Reporting a bug goes to the Master, in the game
The den takes bug reports in the plaza, not in chat. Walk to the Master,
the figure at the desk on the centre line of the stage whose plate reads
Admin rather than NPC, and open his bench.
- Dev log is what the house has changed, newest first, with dates. It is public and needs no wallet.
- Bug reports is the other half. Write what went wrong and file it. The bench asks your wallet to sign, which is how it knows the report is yours and not somebody else's filed in your name.
What you write is visible to you and to the house, and to nobody else. When somebody answers, the answer appears under your report the next time you open the bench, and the tab carries a mark until you have looked. There is a limit of eight reports a day per wallet, so a bad session goes in one filing rather than eight.
The Master does not promise a fix. Nothing filed there is thrown away, and that is the whole of what he undertakes. Getting started and controls has more on the bench.
If something is broken rather than wrong, try Troubleshooting and safety first. Most of what people report is answered there in a line.
The den's own links
| Where | What it is for |
|---|---|
| This guide | How to play. You are reading it |
| Discord | Not open yet. Press the icon on the first screen and it says so |
| X | Announcements |
The addresses are on the first screen of the game, in the header and again in the footer, and on a phone they sit in the footer. Those are the authority. Where the operator has not configured one, it simply does not appear, which means a link missing from that header is a link the den has not claimed.
At the time of writing the announcements are at x.com/Sherwood_Den and this
guide is served from guide.sherwood-den.app. There is no Discord yet. The
icon is on the first screen, and pressing it tells you the hall is not open;
any invite you are handed in the meantime did not come from the den. Check all
of this against the first screen rather than against this page: a guide is a
snapshot, and the game is not.
Anything not on that list is not us
This is the part worth reading twice, because the losses here are real and nobody can reverse them.
- The den never sends the first message. No official account will open a direct message to offer you help, an airdrop, a presale, a refund, or an early place in anything.
- Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Not the Master, not a moderator, not support. There is no situation in which the answer to a problem is handing those over.
- No official channel will send you a link to connect your wallet to. Reach the game the way you always reach it, and check the address in the bar.
- A token with the right name is not the right token. The first screen
carries a CA chip that copies the contract address; compare it against
what the operator published separately before you buy anything. See
Wallet,
$DEN, and$GOLD. - A support conversation that starts with urgency, or that moves you to a different place to continue, is the shape almost every theft takes.
This guide does not declare any address, channel or account official. It tells you where the game itself points, and that the game is the thing to check.
